What is the connection between Qi or Chi in Taoism?
Qi is the energy present in the Universe(s) and which guides everything, according to them..., as we have already said, before... The Taoist book Tao Te Ching (道德經), and many other Taoist books provide guidelines and methodologies to follow on some behaviors and spiritual ways in order to live in harmony with this energy. However, it should be noted that Taoists do not believe in this energy as a god(s).
